On average it takes between 7 and 10 business days for it to show up in your account after a refund is processed. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase with first and last name and or your order number. Once return shipment as been made or if you are unable to cover shipping costs, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
If you purchase a sale item, your refund will be only the sale price, not the original price. If you are returning an order that contains a free item, the free item must be returned as well.
Damaged Products (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged within 48 hours of delivery. If you need to exchange it for a different item, or get a courtesy reship, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This will be waived if your product is damaged.
